The combined power and activity of all the Dhyani Buddhas is embodied in the all-powerful Vajra Prince, known as Vajrakilaya.  In reality he is Samantabhadra, the originator of all the Buddhas.  And as head of the wrathful deities of the ten directions in the Nyingma tradition, Vajrakilaya – shown here with his retinue of wrathful emanations – subdues evil forces which are unable to be pacified by peaceful means.  Vajrakilaya's compassion knows no bounds as he appears to liberate beings from the darkest negative afflictions throughout time and space.
